Dr. Horst is a gastroenterologist who specializes in the care of patients with IBD. She serves as the assistant Vice Chair for Digital Health Operations at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and is the VUMC Ambulatory Medical Director and the VUMC Specialty Pharmacy.

Jami Kinnucan MD, FACG, AGAF, FCCF
Co-Founder, Gastro Digital Health
Dr. Kinnucan is a gastroenterologist who specializes in the care of patients with IBD at the Mayo Clinic Florida. She serves as the GI Practice Chair for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the Director for Digital Health and Practice Integration for the Department of Medicine, and she founded Florida Women in GI. She is passionate about improving the clinician’s experience within their EMR.
